Even though it is a privately owned business, the airline, the facilities and the security is federally regulated. So how can I legally fly with legal THC products that are under .3%? In general, it is not legal to bring marijuana or any cannabis-infused products on a commercial flight, even if it is legal in both your departure and arrival locations. The TSA is the governing body responsible for screening passengers and their luggage, and it is illegal under federal law to possess or transport marijuana, including THC products , across state lines or federal property.
If you are traveling within a state where marijuana is legal, some airlines may allow you to carry small amounts of legal THC products in your carry-on baggage.
